All year long our chef prepares the best regional cuisine, inspired by the season’s produce.
Traditional starters include special stuffed ‘Nicois’ vegetables, duck breasts sautéed with mountain honey and winter game specialties. Our Inn with its panoramic view will whet your appetite with a delicious array of flavours.
